Hemp Advisory Committee
The purpose of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' Hemp Advisory Committee (HAC) is to provide advice and recommendations on a broad range of industry issues dealing with the growing, processing, manufacturing, testing, education and retail sales of hemp. The committee also provides advice regarding policies and guidance on such issues as the development and deployment of a Florida hemp program.
