Complaints You Can File Online

• Do Not Call Complaints. Are you on the Florida Do Not Call list and still receiving unwanted sales calls? You can report these calls to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
• Motor Vehicle Repair Complaints:  English | Spanish. Are you unhappy with the service you received at a repair shop? FDACS regulates motor vehicle repair facilities in Florida.
• Complaints About a Regulated or Non-Regulated Business English | Spanish. Do you have a complaint about a business? FDACS can help, regardless of whether we regulate the specific industry.
• Complaints About a Food Product or Food Business. Do you have a complaint about food you purchased or about unsafe or unsanitary conditions at a grocery store, convenience store, bakery, or other food business regulated by FDACS? Report the problem to our Division of Food Safety.
• Complaints About Private Investigation, Private Security or Recovery Services. File a complaint about an individual, agency, school or instructor providing private investigative, private security or recovery services.
• Complaints About an FDACS Employee or FDACS Itself. The Office of Inspector General investigates allegations of misconduct by FDACS employees.

Pest Control

• Report an Unlicensed/Illegal Pest Control Operator[ ]. Use this form to report suspected illegal pest control activity. While performing pest control services, employees of licensed pest control companies are required to carry an employee identification card issued by FDACS.
