Develop healthy, nutritious menus that meet the meal pattern requirements and nutrient standards. This module is approved by USDA for nutrient analysis of school meal programs and is preloaded with common ingredients.
Reduce food waste by forecasting food needs based on developed cycle menus, managing inventory levels, and ordering food items with requested delivery dates.
Seamlessly create detailed production records to assist in menu planning, recipe development and portion control for daily meal services. Provide a service history to document leftovers and minimize food loss.
