Hydrilla Certification

Shipping Aquatic Plants to California

Aquatic plant producers shipping aquatic plants to California must meet the conditions of California State Exterior Quarantine 3281— Hydrilla. Shippers must meet and agree to the requirements in order to be certified to ship aquatic plants to California.

A compliance agreement specifying the requirements is available from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Contact your local plant inspection office for help in obtaining this certification.
