Delivery of Tree Seedlings

2021–2022 Seedling Deliveries

To obtain the freshest trees, customers are encouraged to pick seedlings up at Andrews Nursery. However, for an additional fee, the Florida Forest Service will deliver seedlings in refrigerated trucks to the locations listed below. We do not deliver seedlings to residences or planting sites. Customers should pick seedlings up on the scheduled delivery day or no more than three days after actual delivery. There are no delivery charges if you pick up your seedlings from Andrews Nursery.

containerized seedlings

Containerized longleaf pine seedlings are extracted from their growing tray, graded, counted, and boxed for shipment.

In the interest of seedling quality, the Florida Forest Service will postpone lifting operations and subsequent delivery of bare-root tree seedlings when weather conditions are unfavorable.

If there are such postponements, customers will be notified of the revised delivery dates. The delivery dates listed are for your convenience and do not necessarily reflect the optimum planting times.
