Superintendent Nomination Form for the Florida Agriscience Education Leadership Program
Participants in the Agriscience Education Leadership Program must be nominated by the district school superintendent. Each superintendent is asked to nominate one agriscience teacher, one science teacher and one administrator from their county. Nominees must have at least three years of experience in education.
The deadline for nominations is May 1, 2020.
To make a nomination, please complete and submit the form.
A person other than the district school superintendent may fill out the form if they have received written authorization from the superintendent.
