Licensing Examinations

All applicants for licensure (those by first-time examination and those by endorsement) will be required to take at a minimum the Florida Jurisdictional Examination.

To be approved by the board, you must complete the Application for Licensure by Examination or Endorsement[ application/pdf ]. Candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible to ensure they are scheduled timely.

The NCEES Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) exam and the Principles and Practice (PS) exam are now both offered year-round through computer-based testing. View registration and payment information.
