Farm Inventory Survey

As part of the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is required to collect aggregate data on farms. By completing this voluntary survey, your responses will help us establish a farm inventory and determine the number of farms that are covered under the Produce Safety Rule.

Information submitted to the department is a public record unless exempted by Florida law.
