Access Online Training for School Food Service Personnel

The training portal is powered by a Microsoft application. Ensure that you are completely logged out of any other existing Microsoft accounts in your browser, then try accessing the training site again. You may also try using a new browser. A less common reason for this problem is a firewall issue, in which case your school’s IT office would need to assist. Choose a training from the course catalog by selecting “View Course." Select the button that looks like a play button, or triangle inside a circle, to begin a module.

Some trainings have buttons that you must select to read more content. If you skip these buttons, the system may not count you as completed. If you continue to have this error even after reading every slide and selecting every button, contact us at Online Training Support Center.

This is typically a computer issue. We recommend trying in another browser first, like Google Chrome, then contacting us for additional support at Online Training Support Center if the problem continues.

Unfortunately, we do not store certificates from the old training system. Sponsors are required to maintain their own training records for three years plus the current school year. It is recommended that trainings be tracked through the USDA Professional Standards Tracker Tool or through another database tool that captures the employee’s name, school, title, training topic, source, date and total hours.
